We operate dedicated client accounts for deposits and disbursements. Every payment is documented and reported. You receive regular statements showing all deposits, expenditures, and balances. For construction projects, you get regular electronic updates with photos and progress reports.

How do I communicate with your team from abroad?

We're accessible via email, phone, WhatsApp, and our secure client portal. We understand time zone differences and strive to respond quickly. Your assigned agent will coordinate all activities and keep you informed at every step.

What services do you offer?

We can handle the entire property lifecycle from acquisition to eventual sale.

How long does a property purchase typically take?

Timelines vary depending on the property and legal processes. Land purchases typically take 2-3 months from offer acceptance to title transfer. Built properties can be faster if all documentation is in order. We expedite processes where possible and keep you informed of progress at every stage.

Do you help with financing?

Yes, through our Mortgage Brokerage service. We conduct credit appraisals, source suitable financiers, negotiate rates on your behalf, and act as an intermediary between you and the lender. We can also coordinate repayment from rental income where applicable.

Construction & Management

How do you manage construction projects remotely?

We provide full project management with regular electronic updates including photos, progress reports, and expenditure statements. We coordinate all professionals (architects, engineers, quantity surveyors), manage contractors, handle authority approvals, and oversee every aspect from groundbreaking to handover.

What does property management include?

Our property management covers: budget preparation, all maintenance works, tenant placement and management, lease preparation and registration, statutory payments (rates, insurance, licenses), asset register maintenance, service provider management, and regular client statements. You receive monthly updates and quarterly reviews.
