Evaluation of landscaping quotations for value and competitiveness We review and analyse all quotations received from landscape contractors, assessing the pricing against the scope of works specified, current market rates, and the overall value for money offered by each submission. A comparative assessment is presented to the client with our professional recommendation to support the final selection of the appointed landscape contractor.

Works Supervision

On-site supervision of all landscaping works through to completion We provide professional supervision of all landscaping works from commencement through to practical completion, monitoring the quality of execution, adherence to the approved specifications and design, and compliance with the agreed programme. Any defects, omissions, or quality concerns identified during the works are brought to the attention of the contractor for prompt rectification prior to handover.

Handover

Final inspection and formal handover of completed landscaping Upon practical completion of the landscaping works, we conduct a comprehensive final inspection in the presence of the appointed contractor, documenting any outstanding defects or items requiring attention prior to formal acceptance. The completed landscaping is formally handed over to the client only once all works have been completed to a satisfactory standard and all identified defects have been rectified.

Maintenance Contract

Arrangement of a continuing landscape maintenance contract Following the successful handover of the completed landscaping, we organise the appointment of a competent contractor to provide ongoing landscape maintenance services, ensuring that the landscaping is kept in excellent condition on a continuing basis. The maintenance contract is structured to cover all routine maintenance activities required to preserve the quality and longevity of the landscaping investment, and the contractor's performance is monitored on behalf of the client throughout the duration of the contract.
