Regulatory Submissions and Approvals

We manage the submission of all required documentation to the relevant regulatory authorities, including the county government physical planning department and the Land Registry, and follow up on all pending approvals and requisitions until all necessary clearances are obtained.

Title Registration at the Land Registry

We coordinate the formal submission of all deed plans and transfer instruments to the Land Registry for the registration of individual unit titles, settling all applicable registration fees and stamp duties from the client's account, and following up to ensure the timely granting and registration of each individual title deed.

Delivery of Registered Title Documents

Upon the completion of all registration requirements, we formally deliver the original registered title documents for each unit to the client or the client's nominated representative, confirming that the full title processing exercise has been completed and that each unit is separately titled and fully transferable.
