Subdivision Concept and Scheme Planning

We engage the client to establish the objectives and parameters of the subdivision, and coordinate the preparation of the subdivision scheme by the appointed surveyor and Physical Planner, ensuring that the proposed layout complies with all applicable planning regulations and the client's instructions.

Step 02

Regulatory Submissions and Approvals

We manage the submission of the subdivision scheme to all relevant regulatory authorities and follow up on all pending approvals, addressing any requisitions or conditions raised by the approving authorities until all necessary clearances are obtained.

Step 03

Civil Infrastructure Works

We arrange for the design and construction of all required civil infrastructure, including roads, sewer reticulation, water supply, and electricity, engaging qualified contractors through competitive tendering and providing full professional supervision of all works through to completion.

Step 04

Deed Plans and Title Granting

We coordinate the preparation and registration of the final deed plans at the Land Registry and follow up the formal granting of individual title deeds for each plot in the subdivision, settling all associated fees and outgoings from the client's account.

Step 05

Handover of Serviced and Titled Plots

Upon the completion of all infrastructure works and the granting of individual title deeds, we formally hand over each serviced and titled plot to the client or the client's nominated representative, confirming that all subdivision obligations have been fulfilled.
